And I was required to do laser surgery.


This changed everything!


I had the surgery but my game never went back to the way it was.


I tried again and again and I had no choice but to drop out of college.

Imagine someone that has played independent professional baseball for 3 years now ending up being rejected by many organizations because of an injury.

I gave up on college and stayed with my cousin in Georgia.


Then I got a job as a security officer.


I worked there for 2 years and I got fired.


I packed my shit and left for South Carolina to return home.


I started a 9-5 job and unfortunately, I got fired again.



No money



No education



Nothing to my name.


And that was when I met my then-girlfriend (now my wife)


I was living with her in a government-funded house.


During the process of adapting to a different lifestyle than what I was used to, I decided to go back to college.

That was when I made the toughest decision in my life.

The decision that changed the trajectory of my life.


The decision that allowed me to be able to write this letter to you.

The property was generating me $700 monthly.


In my second college year, I repeated the same process of saving and was able to save $24,000.


I bought my second property all-cash at the local county foreclosure auction.

I then realized I had a big problem that I didn’t notice in the first year.

I realized that after buying each property all-cash, I always ended up BROKE!


That meant I needed a way to make more income and revenue so I wouldn’t get BROKE after buying any other property again.

So I did something called “Cash-Out Refinance” for my two properties which brought $120,000 into my pocket.

“Cash-Out Refinance” occurs when a loan is taken out on property already owned, and the loan amount is above and beyond the cost of the transaction, the payoff of existing liens, and related expenses.

With the $120,000 I generated from the Cash-Out Refinance, I bought four more properties.


Everything went uphill from that point.


I was no longer worth $120,000...


My worth then increased to how much I sold the property for after fixing, which is the appropriate selling value (also called after repair value).

I will also SHOW you how to use Cash-Out Refinancing and another method called Fix and Flipping properties.
